A Fundraising event for Madagascar School Project 

Certificate Training Course:   Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Julie Slater, a long-time friend and supporter of the MSP,  is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher and she is offering to teach the course and give the proceeds to the MSP.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to meditate? Have you ever thought you could benefit from being more mindful? Would you like to learn to manage stress, pain or illness or to enhance performance or wellbeing?  

Participants will learn through mindful meditation, dialogue and inquiry. They will explore and engage in their natural capacity to live a balanced and satisfying life. A certificate will be issued to those completing the course.

Where: The course will be offered via Zoom - so you can take it from anywhere in the world!  Participants will need a stable internet connection, a computer, with a camera and an email address.

When:  8 consecutive Thursdays from March 18th to May 6th from (6:30 to 9:00pm).

There will be a full day (7 hours) session on Saturday April 24th (8am-3pm).

Maximum number of participants: 20. 

Cost:  $500 (all proceeds will go to the Madagascar School Project).  The first session is free!
